Goals from Andre Schurrle and Fernando Torres helped Chelsea to a 2-1 win over Manchester City. The equalising goal from Manchester City was a stunning strike from Sergio Aguero.
Andre Schurrle, who had just helped himself to a hat-trick for Germany against Sweden, got things started for the blues after he tapped in from close range after outstanding work from Fernando Torres to get past Clichy and square the ball.
In the earlier stages of the second half, Chelsea were caught out by some slick passing football which then led to Aguero smashing home leaving Cech stranded in the middle of the goal. It was fair to say Manchester City came out in the second half looking like the side to score the next goal.
