It’s been a very busy couple of weeks! As the UK basks in the heatwave on the last of July, it came as no surprise that we would be facing hot spells and my goodness it’s baking hot!
On the plus side, I’ve been producing photography work here and there over the course of the last few weeks as I used the iPhone 7 Plus to photograph the pink hydrangea before upgrading and getting hands-on with the iPhone 11’s dual camera system which I have to say is exceptional, and the results of being able to produce macro photography-based work by zooming in a little and capturing the veins of leaves is wonderful, and I wished I had upgraded sooner if I knew the dual camera system was going to be so good!
I have to say though, to be able to get out of the house over the last few weeks to meet up with friends after so many months away is a welcome release of emotions as I’ve been able to do 3 photoshoots, one of which is the one of my close friend, Matt, with the other two photoshoots to follow over the next few weeks, which I cannot wait for all of you to see.
I’ll quickly summarise the photo moments/photo-sets published throughout July.
1.7.2020 – July started off damp due to the wet weather, which was good as we needed it after the sultry sunny spell we had at the end of June.
3.7.2020 – Nature chose her moment to shine in the spotlight!
5.7.2020 – The Lone Hydrangea was in sight!
12.7.2020 – It was a beautiful day and a beautiful end to the sunny weekend.
22.7.2020 – The weather was wonderful, giving everyone even more of a reason to go green on such a beautiful Summer day!
23.7.2020 – Nature did this in vein knowing she was showing us what her vibrant personality would give off.
She was vein though, wouldn’t you agree?
29.7.2020 – The next subject I photographed for the series was Matt Luke Spike Taylor.

It’s been a busy few weeks and quite a few emotional weeks indeed, but on the plus side, the fact we’re all taking time to put ourselves first to protect ourselves and everyone else around us, including our family and friends, is always important and always comes first before anything else, and I have to say, it has been an emotional few weeks, but we all need to keep going because now, more than ever, we all need to be there for one another.
Stay safe, everyone, and I’ll see you all in August!
