The Concept of Expression: Mylo Adams-Özbal

DISCLAIMER: SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WERE FOLLOWED CLOSELY AT THE TIME OF THIS PHOTOSHOOT WITH ALL THE SAFETY MEASURES IN PLACE TO PROTECT MYSELF & MYLO.

The next subject I’ve photographed for the photography series is Mylo Adams-Özbal.

It’s been two years since I last met up with Mylo as, like Ackash, I hadn’t seen Mylo since I left my second job, and it was a welcome release of emotions as it was so nice to do a lot of catching up.

What I was fascinated by was Mylo’s oozing confidence as he’s so expressive and unafraid to show his natural emotions and facial expressions, especially in times where he knows if something annoys or infuriates him that he isn’t afraid to show it, all while showing the positive side of his personality.

Yeah Man! This is The Good Life! Embrace It!

Mylo’s confidence and genuine emotions really shine through in how he expresses himself as he knows how to express his true intentions and feelings and is confident in being himself too, but what is refreshing to see is his genuine emotions come to light as his expressions are genuine and capture the vulnerabilities of his mental health, which can help to bring to light the seriousness of why we all need to talk more openly about mental health now than before because the coronavirus pandemic has seen anyone and everyone opening up about their mental health a lot more now than before.

His expressions symbolise the genuine emotions we’re all experiencing and are going through now and it’s nice to see that Mylo isn’t afraid to show that his genuine emotions matter as that’s the true sign of strength to mental health by not being afraid to express how you truly feel knowing that you matter.

If you enjoyed this photo-set, please let me know because I would love to hear your thoughts and how you feel, especially with the coronavirus pandemic and how life has been for you, especially with the pandemic seeing an increase in people opening up more about their mental health and how their mental health has been impacted by the coronavirus, and I encourage all of you to be as open as possible because you all matter to me and I would want all of you to be safe and well.
