Once a Workplace, Now Apartments.

Delta Point once used to be owned by BT (British Telecom) after it was built in the mid-1980s, and up to 2005, Delta Point was the forefront for office spaces which kept Croydon busy, and following Delta Point being sold by Minerva PLC in 2005, the building eventually laid empty by 2010 until it was eventually turned into apartments.

The history of Delta Point is what keeps Croydon going, and even though Croydon has fallen on hard times, Delta Point still stands proud!

    1. I’m glad the history of Croydon inspired you, Vijay, because I’m fascinated by the history of places I’ve been to and it’s such a nice feeling to learn about the history of Croydon while sharing my knowledge of Croydon with you and everyone else.

I’m fascinated to hear about the history of Newham and what it’s like as I travelled up there once a few years ago when I was in my second job prior to the current job I have now and it seemed really quiet, but looked visually pleasing.
