Welcome Back to an All New Look for a Chilly 2014!!!

Hello everyone!!! Happy New Year!!! Now that 2013 has ended, a new journey begins for 2014. A cold and wet start to 2014 was expected and the New Year’s Day fireworks were amazing to watch on TV, but 2013 marks the end of an era, and the beginning of a better one.

As promised over the last few weeks running up to the last day of 2013, I would change the blog layout to the all new Twenty Fourteen theme; this new theme marks the beginning of Mother Nature in an all new light. The new name of this blog: “Mother Nature | Life at the touch of a button.” gives the blog a better focus around nature, and also focuses more on the photography of plants, insects, animals and city landscapes I’ve created for this blog overall.

Below, I have provided a set of screenshots of how the new blog theme renders for a standard computer or laptop, the iPad mini (1st Generation) and the iPod touch (5th Generation). This new look will also render the same on the iPhone 5, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C:

These screenshots may prove handy as they show what the new Twenty Fourteen layout does and how it appears in its formal glory. I have also updated the social buttons with a newer, up-to-date look so that this blog fits in perfectly with this year.

Thank you for reading this blog post, and a Happy New Year to all of you bloggers and viewers :-)!!!

Coming soon for 2014…

COMING SOON! Sign for my blog post

Hello again. I wanted to surprise all of you early this Christmas by announcing that the blog’s theme will be changed to reflect 2014. The new Twenty Fourteen layout will make using the blog a lot more organised, better to use and will also be given a new name that will reflect nature and life at your fingertips. The Twenty Fourteen theme goes live on New Year’s Day 2014.

The new title which goes live on the 1st January 2014 will be called: Mother Nature | Life at the touch of a button.

This will make the blog a lot more effective, and will also make the blog itself look tidier and professional for your daily needs. This theme will also work on the iPad Air & iPad mini, the iPhone 5S & iPhone 5C and the iPod touch (5th Generation) and other tablets and smartphones. Every other smartphone, including the old iPhones, old iPod touches etc will be compatible with the Twenty Fourteen theme as well. I also wanted to take the opportunity of showing Nelson Mandela on the home page in the preview as a mark of respect.

Below is a preview of the new name for this blog, and also the new Twenty Fourteen blog theme.

Mother Nature - Life at the touch of a button.

Please stay tuned to this blog, as I’ll be updating some of the features already on this blog over the coming weeks, and will also be posting more before 2013 draws to a close.

Hello, and Welcome back for a Chilly October!!!

As you know I recently mentioned in the ”About this Blog” column about 2 weeks ago that I’ve had to make allowances for my GCSE’s and iGCSE’s on top, which I’ve just updated now. I have also given the blog a whole new look, and have also made the background blend in to fit with the Winter weather which is soon to arrive in the coming months. I thought ”update the appearance of the blog, give it a tidier layout and top it off with a background that will blend in with the new appearance”, because I want to be sure I can keep all of you up-to-date on the latest blog posts.

To get back to the home page, I have provided this picture of the new appearance, and I have also put an arrow facing to the Header of the site as a guide if you end up feeling a little lost around the site.

Please comment on what you think of the new design (The Eventbrite Single Event), and feel free to drop me an email via the ‘Contact’ column of this site, where I have made a contact form for all of you to suggest ideas, and your thoughts of future blog posts to come.

Thank you.

Theme Reversion

Hello again!! I apologise that the theme of this blog has changed again. I have changed it back to Fanwood Light as I was experiencing a difficulty within the Adventure Journal theme when trying to get the Follow button for Twitter to appear on this blog.

Apart from the problem with the recent theme I just used, I have now reverted back, and I have also put up a follow button. Feel free to follow this blog and also feel free anytime to follow me on Twitter.
