Mental Health Awareness Week: Be in Your Friend’s & Family’s Corners!

As this week is Mental Health Awareness Week, I urge all of you to come together to support everyone and be in your friend’s corner.

Whether you, a family member or relative, or even a friend, suffer from a mental health condition, diagnosed or undiagnosed, I urge all of you to be in your friend’s and family’s corners by asking them how they are, how they’re really feeling, and if they suffer from a mental health condition or they have a mental health condition that has been left undiagnosed, help them and encourage them to open up, as they will know you support them, that you’re there for them, and that you’ll always provide them with the best support regardless of the mental health condition they may have, especially if they are or have gone through losing someone close to them.

Make sure to spread the word and raise awareness for Mental Health and know that you are not in this alone.

We will all experience moments where we feel down, lost and even broken, but it’s okay to feel that way.

Never be ashamed to open up, but always be in your friend’s corner and your family’s corners. Support one another and be there for one another, but most of all, open up.

Don’t man up for anyone, open up. Cry if you want to, let all that frustration out if you want to, but more importantly, be open with your real emotions and know that you’ll always be the stronger person even if you break down because you’ve been strong for too long.

You’ll always be strong, but one more thing.

Never prove yourself to anyone and always be yourself and always show real emotion, as you’ll feel so much better knowing you’ll never be in this alone and that mental health is to be acknowledged and that you deserve to seek the best help, support and treatment where possible.

I hope I’ve inspired you, and please tell me if you were inspired by my words, as I want you to know I will always care and always will take you as I see you and respect you for who you are, what you do and how you really feel.

What About Us?

For all of us, this whole world, we all see unrest, violence and hatred being talked about on the news, but it hurts when no one can get on.

How does violence in this world solve problems? Well, I know the answer to that.

IT DOES NOT.

Why is this world so messed up?

THAT’S IGNORANCE FOR YOU. A LACK OF CARE, RESPECT, EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND LACK OF INTEREST FOR OTHERS SHOWS HOW DISGRACED THE WHOLE WORLD IS WHERE VIOLENCE, UNREST AND HATRED COME IN.

Yes, I’m ranting, but with a purpose. That purpose is to get my point across that we, as a world, shouldn’t fight and hurt and disrespect others.

WE SHOULD LOVE, CHERISH, RESPECT, TREAT ONE ANOTHER EQUALLY, DIVERSELY, AND VALUE EVERY SECOND.

I’m not here to be political, I’m not here to judge, criticise or belittle anyone or anything. I’m here to spread positivity and treat everyone equally and diversely.

Enough is enough! Now, let’s all come together and love one another and respect, cherish and value every second that counts. Lives count, and so does yours, so stand up and be counted and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I hope this inspires you as P!NK’s record: “What About Us” sure did inspire me, and her inspiration is the reason why I wrote this article. Yes, it’s short and yes, it’s not as long an article but hey, it’s not about the length of an article, it’s the inspiration and hard work you put into it that counts.

INSPIRE TO BE POSITIVE

There’s no denying that inspiring someone can spread positivity; inspiration holds the key to positivity.

To inspire everyone around you not only allows you to spread positivity, but gives you the ability to give everyone around you the best outlook on life, and that life is special, even if at times it can be dull.

Inspire someone today. Your positivity is what this world needs, and is also the key to giving you the best possible start in life, and also the best possible career you want in life.

I believe with my hand on my heart that we should inspire others and spread positivity because this world needs to drown out inequality and negativity and bring out the best in everyone with inspiration and positivity.

Start today by drowning out all negativity and inequality and filling the empty spaces where the negativity and inequality were with equality, diversity, love, care, compassion, respect and diversity.

If this inspired you, please let me know. I’m here to inspire and want to make this world a better place and I want for all of you to be in a world where equality and diversity stomps on hatred, inequality and a lack of diversity.

This world needs equality and diversity, and with love, compassion, care, acceptance and respect, this world can be a better place.

Welcome to October!

Welcome to October on Mother Nature! As this month is set to be just as busy as last month, it is safe to say that this month is going to be quite a productive and busy month given my UAL Level 3 Diploma Film & Photography Course, including my GCSE English & GCSE Maths courses.

Over the course of this month, I will be publishing certain articles that may benefit your interests, one of which focuses on serious problems surrounding a news headline that caused untold controversy in the news just recently. All will be revealed soon in the article which is soon to be published.

Also, following the trip to Dungeness on Friday 23rd September 2016, I will be publishing a large photo set of the Trek to Dungeness, so you can expect the best results from my photo-set.

Whilst I remember, Book #4 is still going to be published but will be published towards the end of this year. It is bigger than how I expected it to be, considering I was initially hoping that the book would be smaller than Book #3, but Book #4 is officially a whole lot bigger than the third, so there is a lot that this fourth book can offer. Book #4, titled: “Life From My Own Perspective” is more or less finished, but I am making some gradual changes beforehand to ensure that the book is easily readable, and that you get a suitable context page that will allow you to flick to a certain page in the book a lot quicker. Book #4 will also be dedicated to my friend who I recently lost to a murder as I want him to be remembered for being the inspirational and aspirational friend that he was to myself and everyone else. I want Book #4 to be my way of saying: “Thank you for leaving such a positive impact on mine and everyone’s lives. You’ll be missed so much but you’ll live on in our hearts forever.

I have got a few articles planned for publishing this month, and I can guarantee to all of you that they will be interesting as I will be making sure to work away at them whilst I find the free time where possible.

Also, as Halloween is just around the corner, it is safe to say that the next few weeks will be interesting considering Halloween will be a talked-about subject for the next few weeks.

Until then, Welcome to October on Mother Nature!

Life From My Own Perspective. Out Soon!!!

Following the recent news of the fourth book that I mentioned a short while back, I am pleased to tell you all that Book #4 is almost completed.

Containing over 100+ pages, this book features most of the topics I have published on Mother Nature, including a how-to guide, and quite possibly the drawings I have produced over the past few months.

Although this book is expected to be a whole lot smaller than the third, I have made sure that it is jam-packed with a huge amount of information where possible, and with regards to the sizing of the fonts, I have made sure to size them as best as possible so that they fit to the very end of each page, so that there will be no empty lined spaces while you read through the book.

As well as the topics, I’ve included some articles that I published on Mother Nature to inspire you all in this fourth book, so that you will be able to read them anytime you want and feel inspired for each and every single day.

I am strongly considering adding some photos to the end of the book once the contents page is full, so this will mean that I will add some of the photos I’ve taken over the past year to the end of this book, so that this book is like a documentation of photos and drawings, so that it’s more than just a book.

As always, the book will be free once released and will also join the Free Books column, to which the book will be available for free download via a Dropbox link, which you’ll be taken to directly from the book’s front cover image once it’s ready.

I will be announcing the release date as soon as the book is finished, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled to Mother Nature for when the news of Book #4 is finally announced.

I hope that you’re just as excited as I am about Book #4 and if you are, please feel free to submit feedback below and also feel free to share this news with your friends, your family and everyone else you know.

Unique.

It is who we are. Being unique and taking control of how we choose to present ourselves to others matters. Being ourselves towards others matter because being yourself is what makes you unique.

The world can see you entirely from a different perspective, which is okay. There is no shame in thinking that, but in the hindsight of things, we shouldn’t need to change the way we want people to see us when they expect us to be seen that way.

We should all be unique to ourselves and never change how we look to suit others. We should all be the way we were supposed to be, and that is, to be ourselves and to never change anything about ourselves, not even for a split second.

Paint a portrait as if it was a picture you were painting of your life. That picture is you. Believing in yourself, being yourself and being unique to yourself is what produces that picture you will have painted. Being yourself is what really matters but being yourself is what makes you unique.

If you feel that this has inspired you in many ways more than one, then please feel free to submit feedback below. Your feedback is much appreciated.

Do We Live in an Equal & Diverse Society?

Equality & Diversity are just two of the main key factors that make up all the societies in this world. Whether it would be to do with a person’s religious background, sexuality or even how someone chooses to look and appear, both key factors should be taken into consideration no matter what society any of us come from.

Well unfortunately when it comes to reality, both of these key factors share a form of lacklustre in the real world today, as a wide array of societies don’t always accept people just for who they want to be in this world, and our world unfortunately, I’m sorry to say, is not exactly equal and diverse like we hoped it to be.

I’ve always believed that if you fail to accept someone just for who they are, who they choose to be, as well as who they love, including what they look like, it makes you a bad person because it will make you feel better about yourself, when actually it doesn’t, it just shows the world how much of a bad person you really are.

I always believe that we should all be equal and diverse towards one another, because in the real world, parts of the world lack either one or both, because there’s sometimes a lack of equality, where people are treated inequally just because of who they are and how differently they choose to live their own lives.

It’s pretty sad that inequality exists in this world, and the same goes for the lack of diversity in this world as well, because with a lack of equality and diversity in this world, how will we be able to treat one another with respect?

Equality & Diversity are the two key prime examples that make up the large population of people in this world. There’s over 7 billion of us in this world, and only about 3.5 billion of us are in this kind of real world madness. That’s just how I see things from my perspective, and you don’t have to agree if you don’t want to, because that’s how I see my perspective on equality and diversity in this world.

If there was more equality and diversity in this world, then the whole world, and I mean the whole world, as in every single person on this Earth, then all of us would come together, not just to unite, not just to love, but to treat and respect one another for what it’s worth.

I always keep these two key life factors close to my heart, because I’d rather be equal and diverse towards everyone and treat everyone with respect and accept everyone rather than be the complete opposite.

At the end of the day, the more equal and diverse all societies are, the better this world becomes, and the more equal and diverse everyone in the world becomes, the better the place that this world becomes.

If there was more equality and diversity in this world, the whole world would be a much better place than it is now.

Only we can make that change, and it’s time to make a change, to make a difference, but most importantly, to be equal and diverse towards each other, because only we can make the world a better place by starting now.

If you felt inspired by this article, then please feel free to feedback your thoughts. Your feedback is absolutely appreciated and I hope this sends inspiration your way.
