While we’ve all been dancing and unleashing our ENERGY in nightclubs, at home and everywhere else, Queen Bey knows we’ve been singing and dancing our hearts out, and she knows SHE’S THAT GIRL as her floor-filling album, RENAISSANCE (written as act i RENAISSANCE), which is the first of three acts, was certified Platinum, which came 24 hours after the smash hit dance-infused record, BREAK MY SOUL, was certified Platinum!

To celebrate BREAK MY SOUL being certified Platinum, Beyoncé released another video for the record which is HIVE CERTIFIED, and sees numerous fans dancing and reacting to BREAK MY SOUL and RENAISSANCE as this masterpiece effortlessly unites the world, allowing us to dance authentically, to let loose and to RELEASE THE WIGGLE!

As soon as the news broke last week on social media from Parkwood Entertainment that RENAISSANCE was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the whole of the internet went into overdrive, and it proves that when you have a timeless masterpiece like RENAISSANCE, you know that records like this will forever be played around the world.
This came after Beyoncé became the first musician to have all seven of her studio albums go to Number 1 with RENAISSANCE crossing over 1 Billion Streams in less than six months to a year from the hotly anticipated album’s release on the 29th July.
I knew instantly the second I heard BREAK MY SOUL that we were about to be blessed with a record that would uplift and get us dancing the days and nights away!
As soon as I heard RENAISSANCE for the first time ever in full on the 29th July, I got instant goosebumps, and in my first full review of the RENAISSANCE album, I let myself loose and didn’t hold back the beautiful buzz the album gave me as, like you, I waited so patiently for six years, and the wait was worth every second as it paid off, and my review on RENAISSANCE was me expressing myself authentically how immersed I was in the record, and even to this day, the album has put me in such a remarkable chokehold that I’ll forever listen to the album the entire way through because this is an unskippable album that should be heard in full for anyone and everyone to fully appreciate this spectacular masterpiece that will forever inspire and empower everyone and everything!
She gave us a reminder to get COZY, to immerse ourselves in the moment, and to not only CUFF IT, but to own our UNIQUENESS and witness those stilettos kicking vintage crystal off the bar, and it was the best reminder we needed to remind us all to have such a wonderful time!
This record is forever one of the most inspirational and empowering records released post-pandemic that’ll truly define this era in music with old-school club themes that have come full circle and allowed us to relive the days of Studio 54, old-school dance and house music, while also paying homage to legends, such as the Hitmaker, which is Nile Rodgers of CHIC, James Brown, Grace Jones (who is featured on the record, MOVE, alongside Tems), Robin Stone (a.k.a. Robin S.); the list is endless!
Queen Bey knows we Tip, Tip, Tip on Hardwood Floors with Ten, Ten, Ten Across The Board; our face cards never decline as we get HEATED, and with a Platinum Certification for RENAISSANCE, immerse yourself in the experience everywhere anytime, any place, as this album serves with all the more reason to be excited about the second and third acts.
